2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps adopt the single-stage and single-function structure with the advantage of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable running, high efficiency and energy saving and the can be suitable for the bad working conditions such as large water discharge and load impact fluctuation etc.
These pumps are usually used to pump the gas without solid particle,undissolved and noncorrosive gas in order to obtain vacuum in sealed vessels.
By changing the structure material, they can be used to pump corrosive gas or use corrosive liquid as operating liquid. And they can also be sucked flammable and combustible gas with explosion-proof motor.
2BE1 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressor structures main features:
1. The bearings are all imported with original imported bearings, ensuring the precise positioning of the impeller of the 2BE1 vacuum pump and the high stability during operation.
2. The impeller material are all made of ductile iron casting or steel plate welding, fully guarantee the 2 be1 vacuum pump impeller in the stability of all kinds of bad working conditions, and the service life of 2 be1 vacuum pump can be greatly improved.
3. The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BE1 vacuum pump.
The shaft sleeve of the BE1 vacuum pump is the most easily damaged part. It is made of high chromium stainless steel during development, which is five times higher than ordinary material life.
5. Leather belt pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high precision taper pulley, which is reliable, durable and easy to disassemble.
6. The coupling (direct transmission) adopts the standard high strength elastic coupling, the elastic element is made of polyurethane, and the operation is stable and reliable, and the service life is long.
7. Unique upper air water separator saves space and reduces noise effectively.
8. All castings are made of resin sand with good surface quality.
The casting surface does not need to be bored, so that 2BE1 vacuum pump has the best heat dissipation effect.
9. Mechanical seal (optional accessories) all adopt imported parts, fully guarantee that the 2BE1 series vacuum pump has no leakage during long running process.
10. The inner wall of the pump adopts an approximate elliptical line to ensure the best pumping effect.
